紫外线控制积分仪是一种多功能多通道测量仪器，专为固化应用而设计。它能准确记录和显示紫外线强度（单位：mW/cm²）、紫外线剂量（单位：mJ/cm²）和温度（单位：°C/°F），具体取决于型号。

该设备配备多个紫外线二极管和一个集成微处理器，可单独测量每个光谱范围（UVA、UVB、UVC、VIS、UV-LED）的峰值紫外线强度和剂量。这样不仅能精确测定总能量，还能详细分析不同紫外波段的能量传输方式。

所有结果均以图形和数字形式显示在集成的 TFT 彩色显示屏上。测量数据存储在 SD 卡中，并可传输到 PC 上进行记录、可视化和进一步分析。通过专用软件，用户可以轻松导出数据，获得全面的报告，并长期可靠地监测紫外灯的性能。
