玻璃 粘合剂

玻璃与玻璃、玻璃与金属或玻璃与聚碳酸酯之间的粘接可能具有挑战性,但使用 Hoenle 玻璃粘合剂则不会如此。由于玻璃是透明或半透明的,紫外线固化粘合剂是确保可靠、永久和隐形粘合的最佳选择。

大多数 Hoenle 玻璃粘合剂都能在紫外线或可见光下固化。专门用于在可见光下固化的粘合剂是粘接紫外线阻隔玻璃(如 VSG)的完美解决方案。我们用于粘接玻璃的紫外线和可见光固化粘合剂可与单色 LED 光源或宽光谱紫外线放电灯配合使用。

 

我们的Vitralit®玻璃粘合剂可在几分之一秒内固化,从而缩短装配时间并降低总加工成本。这些粘合剂可确保玻璃与玻璃、玻璃与金属(通常是钢材或铝材)或玻璃与其他不同基材(包括聚碳酸酯和丙烯酸酯)之间的高强度粘合。这些粘合剂是平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、钢化玻璃和大多数其他玻璃成分的理想粘合剂。

 

Vitralit®玻璃粘合剂为单组分,不含溶剂,易于分配和处理。许多粘合剂具有多种粘度范围,从类似水的吸水等级到高填充触变性凝胶。

Vitralit®玻璃粘合剂可根据应用的独特要求进行专门匹配。可根据粘合剂的光学清晰度、折射率或耐环境压力(包括温度和湿度)进行选择。为了最大限度地减少光学器件的移动和应力,Vitralit® 粘合剂具有低 CTE(热膨胀系数)、固化时低收缩和高 Tg 等特性。在医疗应用方面,Hoenle 拥有多种医用级粘合剂,它们具有生物相容性,可耐受常见的灭菌工艺。
